This is a post that I hope encourages those in the faith. Though we may call ourselves “believers”, sometimes we find ourselves not actually believing, or at least that’s what I find myself guilty of time and time again. For what is faith or being in the faith when we aren’t living in a way that displays hope and endurance at all times- the difficult times and the more difficult times.
I cheer on the act of always praying and believing for things in this life to be aligned with the things in His Word. Whether that be an unevenly yoked marriage to become evenly yoked or a lost family member to come home and return to his/her Savior. Also, I encourage those reading this to fast and pray regularly so we can hear and be led by His Spirit to lay hands on someone in public or whatever He calls us to step out and do.
Never Stop:
- praying for things to be aligned with the things described in His Word
- hoping for those things; waiting on Him
- making efforts to love others, even when you are tired and they are undeserving
- turning down thoughts of hopelessness, divisive-encouraging, and that hold no trust in Him
- enduring (for we are always enduring something)
- acknowledging Yah rather than leaning on own understanding of things (Proverbs 3:5)
