ABOUT THE SONG
This past Feast of Tabernacales (2025), I was wanting to write a love song to YHWH in regards of one day being with Him, since this feast is most likely related to the Wedding Feast {Matthew 22} and/or a prophetic representation of the coming Messianic Kingdom, where YHWH will dwell with humanity once again {Revelation 21}; not just in Spirit like today, though what a blessing it is to have His Spirit helping us and encouraging us to walk as He, and to be comforted along the way.
On the last day of this Festival, Messiah spoke these words:
The one who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’”
He was talking about the Spirit when He mentioned this living water.
Messiah is the source of this Living Water, His Spirit, wherein comes direction/light, counsel, love-driven fuel for obedience, and freedom in this world (and from this world) due to being led and governed by His Spirit.
I’m just learning about this concept of living by His Spirit rather from my own flesh, but I hope this song brings more and more revelation, application, and sensitivity to His Set-Apart Spirit that He promises to give to those who trust that the Most High can save through His Son (not by our own works, but by His grace through one’s individual faith). Yah is mighty to save!

The Present Reality for Believers
- Ephesians 1:13-14: The Apostle Paul writes that when people believe the Gospel, they are “marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit”. The Spirit acts as a guarantee or deposit of their eternal inheritance.
- Romans 8:14-16: The Holy Spirit assures believers of their adoption as God’s children, enabling them to commune intimately with God. [1, 2]
SCRIPTURE BEHIND THE SONG
John 7:37 – Messiah’s message on the last day of the Feast of Tabernacles
Romans 8, 2 Corinthians 3, Galatians 5 – all seem to have a common theme:
With the work of Messiah and His given Spirit, there is no longer a penalty for us or a veil over our eyes due to the law of sin and death (meaning- you sin, you die) being paid for and freeing those who believe. Because they are given Yah’s Spirit, which is their empowerment and help to stay free (from the slavery of serving the flesh/sin), it’s possible to live a righteous life in His eyes. Choosing to live according to His Spirit and fighting the desires of the flesh gives life and peace.
What we couldn’t and can’t do, He did and does.
